ADVANCED PLANNING VISIT

In preparation for the ACT Together youth exchange, partner organizations met in Portugal for an Advanced Planning Visit (APV).

The APV gave partners the opportunity to:

• Visit the venues and accommodation facilities.

• Review the programme and fine-tune the workshops.

• Clarify responsibilities and roles among partners.

• Prepare thematic "homework" for participants, such as collecting old t-shirts to give them a new use during the project.

• Set up communication channels, including online meetings and WhatsApp groups, to keep coordination smooth.

This preparatory step created a shared understanding among partners and ensured that the project course could run smoothly, focusing on the importance of the environment.
